Shipping time with The 3D Printing Man may vary depending on the product you purchase. Normally it will be 1-2 weeks as everything is made to order, but during the holidays it can take up to 3 weeks. If you need something by a specific date, then please let me know in your order or contact me through the contact page.

RETURNS
The3DPrintingMan has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.  Personalized items are not eligible for returns unless the product arrives damaged or does not match your order.

We will cover shipping for items that are damaged or incorrectly made.  The buyer is responsible for shipping for returning items for other reasons.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please also do this within 14 days of the item(s) being received.

START HERE!

1. If you don't have the "shortcuts" app on your phone, download it now.  It's developed by Apple and you can find it in the app store or click here to download it.  Once it's downloaded, open it.
2. In the Shortcuts app, at the bottom, select "Automation".  Then click the "+" in the top right corner.
3. Select "create personal automation".  Then scroll down to "NFC" and select it.
4. Tap the word "Scan" and tap the Tap Timer with the top left corner of your phone.  It should recognize the timer and ask you to give it a name.  You can name it whatever you'd like, but giving it a name related to what it does it probably best.
5. Select. Now you are ready to start using them!
